Control€xpert is an independent service provider at the interface between the automotive and insurance industries. Furthermore, we are the market leader in claims data management. Our success formula consists of excellent expertise and high-end information technology on the one hand, and quality, efficiency and fairness on the other hand.

Our core expertise lies in the computer-assisted processing of claims receipts and cost reviews. Our portfolio additionally includes the complete maintenance and tyre management program as well as the review of guaranty claims (automobile manufacturers).

Control€xpert was founded in 2002 by experts in the automobile industry and information technology in Langenfeld near Düsseldorf, Germany. They documented that even small automobile claims could be processed in an efficient and factual manner – with the help of database-supported mathematical processes and at reasonable costs.

In 2010, approximately 230 experts are processing several thousand invoices, cost estimates and expert reports on a daily basis. Here the focus is on the review of plausibility and market-customary parameters, and we use our internally developed information technology and mathematical methods to do so. This allows us to reach our goal of optimising the processing sequence between our customers and their business partners, and to make the interaction smoother and more economical.

We are successful on behalf of our customers because we significantly speed up the claims process, greatly simplify the review process in the automotive sector, and clearly lower the associated costs.
